Anti-Violence Against Women of Color Campaign

We are currently working on an inter-generational campaign to address the need for women of color in Albuquerque who are victims and/or survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.

Although there are support services for women, we are finding that one of three things are occuring for women of color in the area: 1) we aren't aware that these services exist 2) we don't feel safe utilizing these services and/or 3) we are being refused services.

So, we are taking a poll in the community to hear and share our stories. If you live in or around the Albuquerque area and haven't already shared yours, please take five to ten minutes and fill out a survey!

Sex Ed Campaign

Circle of Strength is currently running a campaign to educate young women and men about sex. We do not an abstinence-based campaign but rather a protection-based campaign. We want to make sure that we are empowering women of all ages to make the safest decisions for themselves, whatever those decisions happen to be.
