Mission
Young Women United is a project created by young women of color and our allies focused on changing the relations of power in Albuquerque.
We come together to support each other, educate our communities, and ourselves and take action to reduce the violence, improve the health,
and build the power of our communities. We aim to build a strong community based on mutual respect, personal and communal growth, and friendship,
in which each member is both a teacher and learner.
